About the Remarks tab

The Remarks tab displays comments that have been added to a document.

To add remarks to a document and view them:

  1. Right-click the document to which you want to add remarks and click Add Remark on the menu. The Create Remark dialog box appears similar to the following figure.

  1. Type a short remark in the text box or to import the text from a file as the remarks, click Attach document, and type the path to the file to import in file name, or click Browse and select the file.
  2. Click OK. The text is saved as a remark for the document.
  3. Right-click the document in the document list and choose Properties. The Properties dialog box appears.
  4. Click the Remarks tab. The remarks you typed are displayed similar to the following figure.
